yoga beyond shapes

talks, mentoring and collaborations that bring the philosophy of yoga to life.

I come from a background of asking questions. Studying physics was my first exposure to the Vedas and though I kept an interest in it, it wasn't until I was seeking answers in tragedy did I experience the universal truth in the wisdom.

Since then, I’ve keenly studied the source texts: Upanisads, Mahabharata, Sutras, Nikayas and more.

There is not just a single, unified voice, but a set of tensions and threads.. often subtle, sometimes contradictory - that, when seen clearly, give the practice more power, not less.

That nuance matters. It helps us incept the wisdom of yoga into a very different world than the one it was born in.

Pathless supports studios and teachers who want to bring that depth to their offerings - without dogma, and without diluting the work.
